Who operates this website
This website is operated by MONOLITH LLC in New York. Privacy questions may be sent to request@monolithc.com or discussed by phone at +1 (917) 969-0708.
Project inquiries and uploads
When you submit an inquiry, MONOLITH may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, project address, borough, project type and size, requested schedule, ACP7 or variance information, contractor information, notes, and any project document you choose to upload. This information is used to review the request, respond, coordinate an appropriate next step, and maintain a business record.
Uploads are limited to project documents relevant to the request. Do not include worker names, personal license numbers, medical information, government identification numbers, client-confidential material unrelated to the review, or other sensitive personal information.
Microphone and voice features
Microphone access is requested only after you press “Ask by voice” and your browser displays its permission prompt. The feature converts speech into text so the website can respond and navigate to relevant information. A typed question is always available as an alternative.
The current website uses speech-recognition and speech-synthesis capabilities supplied by your browser or device. Depending on your browser and operating system, audio or a transcript may be processed by the browser provider under its own privacy terms. MONOLITH does not intentionally record or store raw microphone audio. Questions asked in the on-page guide are not added to the project-inquiry database.
Service providers and disclosure
Website hosting, document-storage, and email-delivery providers may process information needed to receive, protect, store, and acknowledge a request. Browser or device providers may process voice input when you choose the voice feature. MONOLITH does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the website, or respond to a request you initiated.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal or operational needs, after which it may be deleted or de-identified. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may use the site without activating the microphone. You may also contact MONOLITH to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legitimate recordkeeping obligations. This policy will be updated before any materially different voice or AI processing is enabled.
